If you plan to use insurance, coverage and copays will vary depending on your specific plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your mental health benefits, including copayment amounts, deductibles, and the number of covered sessions.

For private pay clients, the standard rate for individual therapy is $200 per 50-minute session. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who qualify—please reach out to discuss options based on your financial needs.

If your insurance provider is out-of-network, we can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement.
